STD ANSI 900# (+/-0.5%) Flanged Turbine Flow Meter

Geenbellon turbine flow meters measure instantaneous and accumulated flow in closed pipe systems, with both values displayed in volume units.The flowing medium drives a vaned rotor to rotate at an angular velocity proportional to the flow rate. A pickup coil detects the rotor¡¯s rotation and converts it into a pulse signal. Counting pulses gives total flow, while signal frequency is linearly proportional to flow rate.
This kind of meter features high accuracy, light weight, flexible interfaces, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, enabling reliable operation under severe conditions. It is widely used in industrial, municipal and agricultural engineering.


Geenbellon turbine flow meters are available with a variety of end connections, including flanged, between-flanged (BF), grooved, threaded, tri-clover, Weco, GrayLoc, union, drillpipe, BigInch, and others.
Geenbellon flanged turbine flow meters feature ANSI flanged end connections in accordance with ANSI B16.5, including raised-face (RF) models from 150# to 1500# and ring-type joint (RTJ) models from 600# to 2500#. Geenbellon also regularly supplies other flange types, including DIN, API, and various proprietary flanged and clamped connections, especially for high-pressure applications. Flanges can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. All flanged Geenbellon meters are fitted with slip-on flanges welded to the exterior of the meter, rather than to the end of the meter body. As a result, the flange never comes into contact with the measured fluid.

Meter Size Selection
Geenbellon Turbine Flow Meters bore size selection do not depend on size of the pipe-line the meter will be mounted in, it must be decided on the instantaneous flow rate in the pipe-line.

Note: 1.The data above is based on Water-Calibration.
        2. The best linear flow range for Non-lubricating Liquid is at upper 60% of the standard range.
        3. Consult factory for engineering assistance when the viscosities of the liquids measured greater than 5 centistokes.

Note£º¢Ù. Model No. is composed of letters plus numbers alternatively & regularly. ¢Ú. There are no any conflicts between the various elements of the model to be allowed. For example, the selection of high temperature turbine body in previous position, the following position is the choice of standard temperature pickups. As to detailed information, please refer to the related section in manual or enquires with the manufacturers. ¢Û. When you select more than 1 pickup and flow analyzer to work at the same time, in the No. 9 and No. 10 position, express method is flow analyzer model & installation mode + ... ¢Ü. In order to save costs, Geenbellon assists the user in making a basic options selection on flow analyzer and flow computer under common conditions. If having special needs, marked ( ) with the corresponding position of the model, while the technical details is required to list in the technical agreement, quotation or contract.
